What is offered
Piano lessons and organ lessons concentrating on the areas of technique, music theory, sight reading and ear training. Music
lessons provide development of general musicianship and expression as you play piano. Classical as well as other styles.
Music Lessons for adults and children, ages 5 and over. All levels.

Studying music through piano lessons provides learning experiences for adults and children to play piano, which stimulate brain activity and organization skills. These skills
learned in music lessons are easily transferred to homework or other useful areas of life. Studying piano is an activity which utilizes your whole self: mind, emotions and

Participation in Fall and Spring Festivals, workshops and student recitals is encouraged for all students. This activity develops performing skills and provides interactive
learning experiences with other students. Participation in contests and festivals as you learn to play piano is encouraged but not required. Music Theory instruction and
achievement tests are also available. Group music lessons are used as well as class piano, when appropriate.
